Welcome to DELIHURRY. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, mobile application, and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. ELIGIBILITY

We act as a facilitator between customers, vendors, and delivery partners.

Product availability may vary depending on location and vendor inventory.

4. ORDER PLACEMENT

When you place an order:

  • You agree to pay the displayed price, taxes, delivery charges, and other applicable fees.
  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reject orders at our discretion.

You will receive confirmation once your order is successfully placed.

is the property of DELIHURRY or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Delihurry facilitates the delivery of orders placed through the Delihurry Platform by engaging independent delivery partners who provide delivery services on a principal-to-principal basis.

11. DELIVERY PARTNERS

For the avoidance of doubt, delivery partners are independent service providers and are not employees, agents, representatives, partners, or joint venture partners of Delihurry, its affiliates, merchants, vendors, or partner stores. Delivery partners retain the freedom to determine when, where, and whether to provide delivery services and are not obligated to provide services exclusively through the Delihurry Platform.

Accordingly, no employer-employee, principal-agent, partnership, or fiduciary relationship exists between Delihurry and any delivery partner. Delivery partners are solely responsible for their actions, conduct, and compliance with applicable laws while providing delivery services. However, Delihurry reserves the right to establish operational, safety, quality, and service standards that delivery partners are required to follow while using the Platform.

Users are expected to treat delivery partners with dignity, courtesy, and respect at all times. Delihurry is committed to promoting a safe, secure, and harassment-free environment for all delivery partners and platform participants.

Any form of abusive, threatening, discriminatory, offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate behavior towards a delivery partner, including but not limited to verbal abuse, physical intimidation, harassment, or sexual harassment, is strictly prohibited.

Delihurry reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate a user's access to the Platform, cancel orders, or take any other appropriate action if the user engages in conduct that is disrespectful, abusive, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate towards a delivery partner.

The user shall be solely responsible for any consequences arising from such conduct, including any claims, damages, losses, penalties, compensation, legal proceedings, or liabilities resulting from the user's actions towards a delivery partner. Delihurry reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement authorities and regulatory agencies in relation to any such misconduct.

12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites and services.

We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party content
  • Privacy practices
  • Products or services offered by third parties

Your use of such services is at your own risk.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DELIHURRY shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Consequential damages
  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of data
  • Service interruptions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DELIHURRY, its directors, employees, vendors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Violation of applicable laws
